It’s possible–but to be honest, most native English speakers wouldn’t be able to get a perfect score! We need to have “realistic” goals. If your goal is to “be able to watch American TV shows without subtitles”…THAT is a very realistic goal! You can do it. Will it be easy? NO! Will you have difficult days/weeks/months? YES!
