to be a hundred percent honest with you

guys I’d be really surprised if you did

not already know this YouTube recently

released that they’re going to be giving

every channel that hits or currently has

over ten million subscribers a diamond

play button now just my quick opinion on

it honestly my opinion is what the heck

took so long I mean come on like 20 plus

channels have over 10 million

subscribers this is ridiculous you

should have been rewarding them since

the first person hit 10 million subs I

mean 10 million that’s a huge milestone

and you guys I mean YouTube you I mean

my opinion they should have been doing

this all along but I’m really happy it’s

just you know 10 million is a lot of

people and it’s great to see that they

get some type of recognition

I mean imagine you hit ten million

subscribers you get this diamond play

button that’s literally gonna be your

baby but you guys know me let’s dive

into some numbers okay so 27 channels

have over 10 million subscribers and on

average between these 27 channels they

average 3 billion 500 million total

views yes I actually took the time to

write all the stats off of sociably into

a calculator and divided by 27 and it

comes out to each channel averages 3

billion 500 million total views on their

channel ok beasts so why are you telling

me that well here’s why I’m telling you

that you see when an advertiser wants an

ad to be displayed on a video that pay

money 45 percent of the money goes to

Google /youtube will just say Google and

55 percent goes to the content creator

that’s a pretty simple concept and

roughly a content creator is going to

get $1 per thousand views on YouTube now

people are gonna be like you know they

make two three four dollars per thousand

views no no see YouTube channels make

three four or five dollars per a

thousand ads shown okay but not every

time someone watches a video do they see

an ad over 50% of the views on YouTube

today are on mobile and mobile doesn’t

even show ads half the time and on top

of that adblock is on an all-time high

it’s so youtubers are getting roughly $1

per thousand views and if you multiply

that that’s $1,000 per million views so

to cut right to the point these 27

youtubers that all have over 10 million

subscribers averaged out to 3.5 billion

views per channel and if you do the math

like I already told you $1 per thousand

views which if you compare to my

analytics is exactly correct into many

of the other end

I’ve seen $1 per thousand views does

hold to be true but as I said that is

just an estimate you cannot you know

don’t promise someone that’s 100 percent

accurate because it’s not always

accurate this is just an estimate if

each channel has 3.5 billion views that

means they made roughly three and a half

million dollars off their Channel and if

Google slash YouTube makes 45 percent of

what they make Google slash YouTube has

made three million dollars roughly off

of these big channels so for all these

people that are saying you know diamond

play button isn’t that going to be

expensive

like how is YouTube gonna be be able to

for that like almost 30 channels have

this you know lots of channels are going

to hit 10 million subs or whatever but

you guys think about it realistically

these channels have profited Google

around 3 million dollars like I said on

average they have 3.5 billion views

which means the content creators made

three and a half million views and

Google’s made around not three not three

and a half million dollars and Google’s

made around three million dollars off of

them so of course they can have enough

money to fund a diamond play button I

don’t know I just saw someone that was

like aren’t diamond play buttons

expensive well that’s how they find the

money for anyways to wrap up the video

not ramble on too much I am just so

stoked for this I think this is a really

good idea and I cannot wait cannot wait

to see videos of people opening up their

diamond play button it’s gonna be really

special and I think it’s going to make a

lot of people happy and that’s my
