what is up guys today we’re going to be

talking about how much element animation

makes off of YouTube

now generally when I make these type of

videos that talk about people with like

8 9 10 million plus subscribers and

element animation only has one and a

half million I say only when that’s

still a ton of subscribers but there’s a

reason I’m actually talking about it but

real quick I’ll just run you through

their stats they have a hundred and

eighty million video views which means

they haven’t quite made a million

dollars off of YouTube but they’re

approaching it that’s a ton of views

they have one and a half million

subscribers and they’re getting around 7

million views per month now 7 million

views is a little less than PewDiePie

gets per day and they’re getting that

many in a month they’re getting around

$14,000 per month now I say all that

just mention that they just put out a

video talking about how they started a

patreon patron campaign I believe how

it’s pronounced and pretty much it’s a

website where you can pledge an X amount

of money for every video they upload so

if they if you pledge $1 and they upload

a video you pay them $1 if you pledge $2

they upload a video and they upload 2

videos to pay them $4 pretty much you

pledge an amount of money and every time

they upload a video you pay that amount

so between all their patrons people have

pledged over eleven thousand dollars so

every video every video element

animation uploads to their channel they

get eleven thousand dollars from patron

com from all the people who pledge money

now that is crazy is that’s almost more

money than they make off a YouTube ads

from pledges from people and so that’s

pretty much the main reason I’m talking

about them right now cuz that’s that’s

pretty cool eleven thousand dollars

they’ll get per video even if like that

not including the ads or anything just

from people who love their videos and

decided to pledge money and I thought

that was really interesting so um it is

a group of animators it is not just one

person because the reason they started

their patreon campaign as they said they

needed a little bit more money because

there was a lot of animators and they

wanted to possibly hire a couple more

so obviously fourteen thousand dollars I

guess wasn’t enough for all them to be

paid each month so eleven thousand

dollars per video if they if they

uploaded you know a video every five

days that’d be like sixty thousand plus

dollars just from that camp

and then you know they get the money

from the YouTube ads and so on that’s

pretty cool that’s pretty much the main

reason I’m talking about how much they

make because if more people pledge money

then they’re gonna be making more money

off of pledges than they will YouTube

ads which that’s I mean that’s you know

something you wouldn’t think would

actually happen but that’s pretty much

that they do make pretty good videos

their most popular series is an egg’s

Guide to Minecraft and I watch it from

time to time it’s not bad so um that’s

pretty much that they are making

technically $25,000 a month off of

YouTube a month not day a home I said

day but $25,000 a month off the YouTube

11,000 off of pledges of 14,000 off of

YouTube ads and I thought that was

pretty crazy just how that many people

have pledged that much money to them I

think one guy pledged $10,000 per video

or something crazy like that but yeah
