so YouTube recently announced that

they’re gonna be coming out with YouTube

bread which is a monthly subscription

thing you can pay it’s $10 a month and

you can have no ads on your video you

can like stream unlimited music and the

third one was what was it you can

download YouTube videos three like

really basic services for ten dollars a

month times that by 12th that’s $120 a

year okay I don’t have $120 you here to

throw out a service I pay all these

monthly fees for like you know Netflix I

used to for Xbox Live there’s a lot of

things

I’m already charged for monthly and the

last thing I need to do is throw another

$10 at something and I’m just I’m gonna

be real with you guys okay the three

things that’s offering no ads on my

computer you know they’re a blocker

anyone with the brain can get ad blocker

I’m mobile for YouTube there’s no way

currently to block an ad or no easy way

so yeah that’s the only thing you’re

getting from that the unlimited music

Pandora if you don’t like the ads on

Pandora there are you know literally

thousands of ways to download songs for

free and get unlimited free songs so

yeah that I don’t really find that

useful and I’ve already know how to

download YouTube videos on my phone and

on my computer so literally if I was to

buy this it would be for no ads on my

phone and to be honest the ads I see on

my phone are literally 10 to 15 seconds

that’s not worth ten dollars a month for

me or 120 dollars a year so I think I

think this service or you know they’re

releasing YouTube red is not gonna be

that useful for your typical teen who

actually knows how to use technology

who’s actually up to date with this type

of stuff but for someone who’s a little

bit older who doesn’t know how to

download videos on mobile so you know

they can watch it or mobile so they can

watch it in their car someone who

doesn’t know how to get a block on the

computer someone who you know doesn’t

know how to get free music or you know

know what Pandora is or something like

that then I think this service might be

of use to them but I really don’t see

that many people my age being able to

blow $10 a month on this first stuff you

know you can pretty much do for free but

let’s talk about how this will affect

content creators let’s say all goes the

plan and you know millions of people

signing up for this will it affect

content creators earnings because

essentially once you buy that you see no

ads that’s how youtubers make their

money is through as well let’s just

let’s be realistic here okay for someone

to make YouTube $10 per month our $10 a

month through watching ads they’d have

to watch thousands of videos okay

because you’re paying $10

month to have no ads if you were to

subtract that and actually watch ads you

would make YouTube nowhere near $10 a

month YouTube is getting a lot more

money if you actually sign up through

this service you’re making YouTube far

more money because very few people are

YouTube addicts like me and actually

watch that many videos per month and

YouTube’s gonna make a lot more money

out of you if you sign up for this

service and YouTube with ad revenue they

take forty five percent they give fifty

five percent to the counting creator so

if YouTube does the same thing with this

that means they keep four dollars and

fifty cents a month they give five

dollars and fifty cents to the content

creator it will help you okay because

very few people actually watch enough

videos per month that YouTube would make

ten dollars and through the service

they’re getting $10 out of that person

and if they give you know a little over

half of that like they do with the ad

revenue to the content creators like

they say they’re going to it will give

you a significant boost and your

earnings it will really give you a huge

boost especially because they’re gonna

be paying you and that person you know

could have been using a blocker or

sometimes YouTube just doesn’t show an

ad so I think personally they’re gonna

be true to the word and it is actually

going to give you huge moose because

let’s be real YouTube’s not gonna try to

screw you out of money okay they’re not

gonna try to lie to you they may have a

monopoly on this but I think YouTube has

has good intentions in mind with this

service I don’t think they’re trying to

screw anyone out of money I think

content creators are gonna make more

money the more people that buy this and

YouTube it’s gonna help both of us I

think that’s you know I just that’s what

I think take it as you want but the last

thing I want to say is I was watching

the YouTube red video had a ton of

dislikes and typically us on us people

on YouTube we just we don’t like change

okay whenever YouTube released this new

comment section which I actually like we

were all freaking out and I was freaking

out a couple months ago we’re like oh

this sucks go back to the old comments

section have you seen the old comments

section that is a piece of crap okay it

had two top comments and literally those

two top comments were people my dogs

barking ignore that where people would

leave a comment saying hey check out my

channel and then sign into like 50

accounts voted up so they got two top

comments and then you know that just

spam would sit up there unless a YouTube

Persian upload the video deleted them

people just thumbs up their own spam

like that the new comments section you

can’t do that it won’t really work

that’s why you don’t see as much spam

and

comment section so we freaked out about

that even though it was an improvement

and people are freaking out about this

but I think it is also an improvement we

just typically don’t like change on

YouTube you know most people don’t like

change in the real world either it’s

just how things are I think at first

you’re gonna get a bad reaction out of

people but then over time like the new

comment section you’ll grow to like it

and then it’ll just become normal and

that’s my opinion like I said I don’t

think the service is gonna be as big as

they’re projecting it to be because if

you’re a teen like me you can do all

this stuff already for free except for

the no ads on mobile and that’s not

worth 120 dollars a year just my opinion
