鲍毓明案
2020年4月，一段6分钟的短片被媒体曝光，一名女孩自述“被烟台上市公司高管性侵四年”，此事件随即成为舆论的中心。
4月9日，被害女孩对新京报记者表示，从2016年起，她和“养父”鲍毓明一起生活，3年时间里遭到多次性侵，其自述“第一次被性侵时刚满14周岁”。
针对此事，4月9日下午，烟台市芝罘区相关部门负责人证实，事件当事人之一为杰瑞集团高管鲍毓明，正在配合警方调查。当日，杰瑞集团与鲍毓明协商解除了劳动合同。
4月10日，中兴通讯发布声明，称在获悉相关媒体报道后，高度重视，公司董事会已收到鲍毓明辞去独立非执行董事职务的申请。同日，西南政法大学商学院发布声明，商学院法治企业研究院已解除鲍毓明兼职研究员的聘任。
4月11日，烟台市公安局发布通告：关于一女子控告鲍某某性侵一案，我局已组成工作专班，并商请烟台市人民检察院派员参加，对前期芝罘公安分局侦办的案件事实及公众关注的相关问题正在进行全面调查。调查结果将及时公开，接受社会各界监督。
4月13日，针对鲍某某涉嫌性侵一案，最高人民检察院、公安部已派出联合督导组赴山东，对该案办理工作进行督导。
对此，鲍毓明曾连续对媒体发声，称自己和少女并非养父养女关系，而是情侣关系，为了等她自己一直单身。
5月1日下午，涉嫌性侵养女的上市公司前高管鲍毓明通过微博@鲍律师 发长文“十问韩某”，却被很多网友反问“你就回答一个问题，有没有和未成年人发生性关系”？随后，他删除了这一条微博。
