hey dr berg here in this video we’re
going to talk about one of my favorite
products called a whole cruciferous food
product now i just want to mention
cruciferous
are types of vegetables that have unique
health properties they have more
phytonutrients which are those
additional health benefiting properties
that go beyond vitamins and minerals
there are over 25 000 phytonutrients out
there and the names of these
phytonutrients are very hard to
pronounce

but they are
pro they give you properties to give you

the type of cruciferous vegetables

and i also added organic garlic and
organic turmeric and organic sea kelp
now i took out the broccoli because i
found that it does tend to bloat a lot
of people so now this creates no

of my most favorite nutrients to help
you with so many different things
and then i also wanted to add c kelp for
the for the iodine support because
there is rumors that floating around
that if people take too much cruciferous
it’s going to deplete the iodine for the
thyroid so i added it in there so that
way we just pretty much handle that
