hey I’m excited to tell you that I

finally after three months got my new

upgraded kale shakes in this is the new

chocolate it’s kind of like chocolate

ice cream it’s amazing and this is a new

flavor a wild berry hands-down like

everyone so far is loving this but this

is a vegetarian product it has no egg

white this has egg white but they’re

both meal replacements they’re nutrient

dense and loaded with kale and they

taste great they have no sugar at all so

I’ve showed another use out of this kale

shake how to make these kale chocolate

cookies so these are the kale cookies

and you can put them in various pans

like this sprinkled with almond flour or

you can just warm them with your hands

and put my sheet you’re not gonna cook

these these are raw kale cookies and

I’ve given the recipe below check it out

but there you put them in the freezer

and then you can keep them the

frigerator but they are amazing and

again you can have these as a substitute

versus regular cookies there’s no sugar

there’s almond flour coconut flour

there’s some oats in there and in the

kale shake powder so check it out

definitely make these and you can keep

in the fridge as a snack even if you

want them every night

kale dr. Burke you did a good one on
