do in a minute fasting it’s really

really important not to eat during the

fasting period but it’s less of a

problem if you consume food during the

eating you’re eating window so if you

have to eat between at some point snack

in between not like in the fasting cycle

because we want to actually minimally do

16 hours at the very minimum but

preferably like 20 18 or 20 hours that’d

be great alright so I have to see what’s

going on here alright so we have people

from all over the country from Spain

about hives a good vitamin for hives is

vitamin C it’s really important I can

better um okay so hives you have to

actually acidify the body you get hives

when your body is too alkaline so you

can upset a vinegar is not gonna do it

you’re gonna have to take something like

it’s called ammonium chloride and you

can get this online ammonium chloride

wow that is just so bright okay you can

get it online you just have to find it I

think it’s not Amazon - but ammonium

chloride is a mild acidifier and that

will turn off hives allergy symptoms and

things like that there’s couple other

remedies but the best thing to do is to

acidify the body it’s more of a systemic

thing as well

hives could also come from a gallbladder

issue as well so if there’s any

gallbladder problems you might want to

take some purified Bao salts especially

if you have itching with that at

different places grounding or I think

it’s I don’t really know a lot about it

but I correct me if I’m wrong but I

think you’re talking about being

grounded like wearing your like just not

wearing shoes and you know being close

to the earth as possible I think that’s

what you’re asking if you are I think

it it actually helps

it helps so many different things one

thing is that if you have like a little

back pain

and you walk in you’re on the grass in

heart palpitations well that means that

you do need more potassium and

electrolytes in magnesium I would start

to beef up on that it does take a while

for that to go away so just keep at it

but it’s an electrolyte problem all

tryptophan goes right to the blood-brain

carbs to go to sleep but at lunch it’s

too well or the fat soluble vitamins in

just more of those vitamins and that

will drive it right here especially with

vitamin D all right um zinc where do get

two hundred milligrams of zinc for

micrograms of k2 as long as you keep the

vitamin d3 and I’m talking about over a

hundred thousand or two hundred thousand

good amount of water and you’re doing
