hey guys it’s dr. Berg here in this video we’re going to talk about the
sleep remedy that can enhance your fat burning I don’t know if you knew this
but most of the fat 98% of the fat burning occurs when you’re sleeping if
you’re sleeping so I want to talk about that when you go to bed normally it
should be four waves of hormones that go up and down and the superficial sleep is
called the REM sleep it’s not the deep sleep the deep sleep is called the delta
wave so there’s about four times through the night where you’re in the really
good Delta wave sleep so if you’re not getting that chances that you’re not
burning fat in fact I found personally that when you get when you fix the sleep

this is what people have a confusion they think that they’re burning off
these calories and it’s all just turning into weight loss but if you weigh
yourself before and after a two or even a three hour workout you will not weigh

sleeping so it’s in the recovery phase after the workout so even if you weighed
yourself before you go to sleep and after if you’re sleeping you should

eat all day long but at night you’re not eating
