but lately for the past seven or eight
years it’s been so difficult to lose
even a pound I lose a pound I gained two
pounds and this diet dr. burns diet has
been extremely easy to use I thought it
will be very difficult but I was just
completely wrong and I’ve lost seven
pounds maybe a little bit more and thing
in the past three weeks I’ve been on the
diet for three weeks and it hasn’t it
doesn’t give me a way to slip off all

concentrate on protein and without the
protein and without the starch you feel
very weak and I think the potassium-rich
food that that’s so good for your health
and it that kind of keeps you it’s
making you making it possible for you to
stay on the diet because you don’t feel
tired
