and endurance

one of the problems with wrestlers is

they over train the train seven days a

week

and that happens with everyone so if you

over train you actually minimize your

improvements so

if you’re working out always give

yourself at least a day to rest

and then the days you rest you could

walk but don’t exercise

every single day all right that’s the
