for high blood pressure and my alien was

actually admitted in hospital I just put

on a bunch of medication and the doctors

actually gave me you know not a lot of

medication I actually take more

medication than my parents put together

or medication and then like a guy

basically kicked diabetes medication are

not dating

I was actually for cholesterol and high

blood pressure so my question was one

that in the hospital and doctors put me

on some you know carbohydrate diet and

something that I actually didn’t like

you know it actually didn’t sound like a

meeting much and I was actually

literally fed up in the food and

actually gave me I I went online and I

something that I can actually view all

my life it’s not something that I’m

going to you know just stop good I just

want to you know continue this lifestyle

is it’s not a diet it’s not as active is

the lifestyle change that’s what I

obesity in your country definitely

down she because I’ve actually suggested

just stopped

actually trying to brainwash but also

starting like a dieter there are a lot

or something I’m very important to get

me on the phone or something and then

they well if you you can help me I’ll

tell all my friends and blow if I had a

nickel for every time they said that

right so I just learned that spend the

time I don’t care who you are

watch the videos learn yourself I

created the YouTube videos to help

people like do it themselves so they’re

not dependent on me versus trying to go

every five seconds okay what do I do

next one like learn it for yourself I

mean almost every little I mean solution

is in the videos it’s all there you

just have to spend the time and learn it

and there’s a lot of extra information

especially if you have health problems

what to do this happens or that but I

think I think you’re a perfect example

of just basically learning and applying

in have it work so that’s awesome well
