diet plan a lot of exercises a lot of
different types of workers nothing
actually worked for me it was okay I
think seven months ago I was actually at
my about eleven months from prior so I
was acting but you wanna read you
bounced 282 pounds
Wow yeah and I was actually diagnosed
for high blood pressure and my alien was
to do my triglycerides included oh I was
actually admitted in hospital I just put
on a bunch of medication and the doctors
actually gave me you know not a lot of
medication I actually take more
medication than my parents put together
and there and there are 16 so I was
under a high of neckbeard strong dosages
or medication and then like a guy
basically kicked diabetes medication are
not dating
I was actually for cholesterol and high
blood pressure so my question was one
one seven hundred it was a highest
record at that session when I was at
that in the hospital and doctors put me
on some you know carbohydrate diet and
something that I actually didn’t like
like yes we meet a lot of cucumber and
you know it actually didn’t sound like a
meeting much and I was actually
literally fed up in the food and
cheating it was really the place
two months into you know all the
medication and the dice and the doctor
actually gave me I I went online and I
started looking at what causes of blood
pressure because the best part is they
they accurately diagnose what cosmic
activity showed up up it could be you
know we extra gates that I have so after
that I actually somehow found your movie
and I started listening so just really
90 percent of them I’ve actually power

would spend alone thank myself so I used
to drink so I cut that out
so that also has a weight loss well
apart from of the other diet in place
and gradual increase in density the
sizes that are better son so all of this
actually combined together and it’s like
something that I can actually view all
my life it’s not something that I’m
going to you know just stop good I just
want to you know continue this lifestyle
is it’s not a diet it’s not as active is
the lifestyle change that’s what I
actually tell people ever would be
parking I mean we’re losing so much of
which is what humans are payments or
former to thinking you and we’ve lost so
much of it what to think that what diet
or why you want not a diet the lifestyle
change that’s why I tell everyone so I’m

people who are actually you know in the
dark in terms of understanding how your
body actually functions and watching

I get compliments about my hair as well
so my hair started growing better
so overall plus of you know 11 months I

and we’re not striving to achieve and

I like the phone that I need initially I
got to push back to my pens you’re not
eating enough rice because we got stable
and South India is the right so I

business when you’re not eating enough
to actually put without you know and we
know something about you know they were

than me but then I actually tell them
I’m not hungry I eat when I’m hungry and
the meal that I eat it’s actually
supposed to have all of the nutrients
and it is actually so I get my comes
from the I get my fat some things
I got not that chicken is that fish so
getting fat that I’m talking from there
as well so the vitamins and minerals we
get it from the Dutch that so with the

afternoon that has all of the nutrients
our body requires to function as a gift

India it’s very like socially you have

had a lot of cultural things that
revolve around food is that true yes

many people when you have that state

you’re doing the carb thing like you
just like want all these carbs when your
body switches over it’s like the it’s
almost like you can really observe these
addictions and these cravings that are
not normal basically our bodies are
designed to consume the amount of
glucose I mean it’s amazing I mean you
guys have a lot of probably diabetes and
obesity in your country definitely
Google my mom’s actually diabetic I’ve
tried to you know talk her into coming
down she because I’ve actually suggested
just stopped
you know the refined sugar so I’m
actually trying to brainwash but also
starting like a dieter there are a lot
of people I mean a lot of people
actually type sizes that is a very high
of you know blood pressure and diabetes
are you know how’s your blood pressure
in your cholesterol now oh yeah I think
into the program of my Ellie Ellie was
done my triglycerides were perfectly
fine I checked all of that out and I
think I use a a month ago well that
actually visited one of the doctors and
I wanted them to get my can be checked
is normal my mom actually didn’t trust
that doctor she said let’s go get it

shape of my life

around you that watch you would were

doing the same thing yeah okay I have
quite a bit of people at my work
businesses that look at me as a role

you know basically people that have
actually seen after a long time and
people that are actually seeing me
transform from where it was to actually
what I am no everyone’s you know very
impressed and I think some want to
discharge this as your life change for
them but that some people pretty passing
me the tips and ways of using not even
quickly I mean if this one way if it’s
the hard way but when you get started is
actually not that hard

when you deal with people that will come
up to you and say well what do i how do

willing to change they’re going to do it
and then I’ll and then I’ll actually
send them to a video because that way
instead of telling what to do if they
understand the why behind it then the
doing this is easy because then it makes
sense to them versus oh let me just tell
you what to eat I’ve never had anyone
follow that recommendation ever so like
I’ll give you one example and they
usually I’ll get a call from well you
know I’m a celebrity or I’m did a movie
or something I’m very important to get
me on the phone or something and then
they well if you you can help me I’ll
tell all my friends and blow if I had a
nickel for every time they said that
right so I just learned that spend the
time I don’t care who you are
watch the videos learn yourself I
created the YouTube videos to help
people like do it themselves so they’re
not dependent on me versus trying to go
every five seconds okay what do I do
next one like learn it for yourself I
mean almost every little I mean solution
is in the videos it’s all there you
just have to spend the time and learn it
and there’s a lot of extra information
especially if you have health problems
what to do this happens or that but I
think I think you’re a perfect example
of just basically learning and applying
in have it work so that’s awesome well
